At the hospital...

I had a NST today that landed me in L&D. I have been given a shot to stop contractions but so far they keep coming. Of course it's the only week my OB is out of town and I have the on call OB I have never met making the decision if I will be having this baby today or not. I have to have a RCS so it is up to him now. :/

    My hospital wasn't willing to give me anything to stop contractions by 35.5 weeks. How far along are you? I hope you get what you hope for and you can do what is best for you and baby!

    Well after 3 horrible injections my contractions have pretty much stopped. I get to spend the night here and hopefully go home in the morning.
    I am 37 weeks today but I had an amniocentesis and baby's lungs are not developed enough yet. Also I have to have a RCS so the concern with getting the contractions stopped had a lot to do possible tearing at my old incision sites. If they wouldn't have stopped I would have ended up with an emergency CS.
