So far I think she is great. She'd not my dr, but works in my practice and I've seen her twice. Very nice! If I can't see my dr, I try to book with her.

Not sure what you mean by type of dr, unless your asking if she is good? the first time i saw her was around 12 weeks - and she brought in an US machine to look at the baby in case we couldnt find the heart beat because she doesnt like people to panic. My regular dr doesn't do that. The next time I saw her we had some US results that were concernering. She was very compassionate and helped explain things to us and answered all of our questions. So in my experience so far she is good!
She will be my primary doctor for this pregnancy, and so far I really like her too! She seems very thorough- always asking questions. I love the portable US machine she brings in to appts as well
Thank you for the reply- I just wanted confirmation of what I (thought) I already knew! Are either of you taking the prenatal yoga class at the center?
I'm glad you like her too I'm not taking the yoga. I'm trying to continue my current exercise class as long as I can, and them maybe it will be nice enough out to walk. Sounds like fun though - let us know if it's any good!
Re: Dr. Hsu-Pi Chen- South Shore Med Center, Weymouth
