Baby Reacting to Pet

I haven't seen this post yet, so I wanted to bring it up. Does anyone else's baby react to their pet? I swear my little girl kicks like crazy when my pug snuggles my belly... Which he does a lot! The dog gives her kisses and when he curls up, she kicks and kicks and kicks. It's so comforting to me. Anyone else having similar reactions? I included a precious picture of my babies snuggling because I just can't resist ❤️

It's one of the cats that does it for my LO. Anytime the cat gets close she just starts kicking. I love it!

My elderly kitty sits on me but she's small/light, and the baby doesn't react. I actually think the purring soothes her...

Omg, this is the cutest thread ever.

My dog has been extra cuddly with me lately but doesn't seem too curious about my bump yet, but it's still smallish at 23 weeks. I would love if this happened later though!

My cat likes to lay on or beside my bElly and my little one goes crazy! I was kind of wondering if she hated it and was trying to kick her off but hearing these stories im assuming the opposite!

My cat was just laying on my belly and the baby was kicking at him so much. He does purr extremely loud though so maybe she can hear him.

My parents have a 4 month old puppy. I was visiting yesterday and the puppy started barking. Shortly after the baby started kicking like crazy.

My kitty likes to lay on or right next to my belly. I don't think my baby can kick hard enough for her to feel it since I have an anterior placenta but my little girl is just kicking away. I hope they are good friends.

My little guy has been reactive to touch alot lately. My yorkie, sissy will lay next to me and he will kick her and it always makes her jump. It makes me giggle

LO definitely kicks when Cali lays on him. She either doesn't feel it or doesn't care. She keeps lounging on him

Cali's reactions have surprised me. She was always a sweetheart but it's clear that she's extra cuddly and loving over the past several months. My parents dog also became very cuddly and she never was. Fur babies are so smart.

my elderly dogs sensed right away my pregnancy and became even more affectionate! (wish my one year old "pups" would get the hint to take it easy o me). baby hasnt responded but my mastif, scooter loves to lean or sleep on my belly, my sweet lab just kisses me more.

Here's one of mine that loves to snuggle my belly. The other, less snuggly cat, tries to get close to my belly but seems like she's not sure what she wants.
