Sun - ham and cheese sliders on hawaiian rolls and homemade french fries (this is like the 4th week in a row lol, my husband says this is our new Sunday night meal)
Mon - creamy shrimp and mushroom pasta
Tues - grilled roast beef/cheese sandwiches and chips or homemade fries again
Wed - sloppy joe tator tot casserole
Thurs - ham spagetti and garlic toast
Fri - sausage biscuits and gravy
Sat - having friends over and making homemade pizza/salad
Thursday: Beef vegetable soup (cabbage, green beans, and carrots)
Friday & Saturday: weekend at my parents my mom has been on low carb diet for a year trying to lose weight (she's lost 75 lbs!!) so...she'll hook me up with some yummy low carb meals those days
We had a major off week last week. I never went grocery shopping due to a sick LO and messed up work schedule, so trying to get back on track this week.

Also on the "to make" list this week are pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and chai tea concentrate (the store bought/Starbucks stuff is way too sweet these days).

-Spaghetti squash tacos with black beans, feta, tomatoes, and cilantro
-Potato leek soup
My mom also made me homemade chicken noodle soup because I have a cold, so I'm sure I'll eat that a few times.
