Losing mucus plug??!!

everytime I use the washroom lately there's lots of lotion like white bits floating. I'm 39 weeks 2 days. Could this be my mucus plug or just increased discharge?!

I thought I had heard and seen enough that nothing grossed me out, anymore. I was wrong. This was too much before food.
