New to Chicago- first baby- groups/classes to meet other moms

I moved to Chicago this year from NYC and am 9 weeks pregnant. I am navigating my way around the city and finding the necessary things like and OB and hospital but I'm wondering if there are any new mom activities I can join to meet new mom's to be. 

And I have found a few cool baby/kid boutiques but I'd love to hear of your favorite one in the city! Any other must knows for Chicago moms, please share!

    I would love to hear as well! I have just moved to the NW suburbs at the beginning of August! I am also nine weeks! Good luck!

    Check out Northwestern Hospital's groups. They offer a couple of different classes and might be able to direct you somewhere. You can also try some of the Meetup groups to see if there's anything that fits, or start your own group??

    MamaTribe Chicago is a great Facebook group to post questions. You might meet moms through there! It's a private group, so you just have to search and then request to be added.
