diarrhea and vomiting

I have bad vomiting and diarrhea and I was wondering if that's normal I haven't slept in two days because of it. My boyfriend is no help and I'm scared to be honest, I'm also having very bad sharp pains all the way across my stomach.

Lots of posts about this, just watch your intake. If you can't keep water down, get checked for dehydration. If it goes on for more than a few days, go see a doc to make sure it's not more than just a virus.
