Just curious what kind of milk you all are using for your little ones. The pediatrician said that we could switch to skim--just curious what you are all doing right now.
And are you giving your LO anything other than milk? We do juice occassionally and sometimes water---but serve milk at all three meals each day.
He drinks water. When we go out for brunch on weekends he gets OJ. We don't really drink milk, but we buy whole, and raw when we can. He has a glass of milk maybe every two or three weeks.

IVF/ICSI #2 - BFP, DD born Feb 2015 IVF FET - BFP, due April 2017
We give DD 2% (she LOVES milk) since DH doesn't like skim and they are the only 2 that drink it. I give her juice sometimes on the weekends mixed with water but she mostly drinks water and milk.
We have always done 2% and we will continue. He usually only has 1 cup of milk a day usually with breakfast. The rest of the day he has water. Occasionally he has juice, which for him is just water with a splash of juice
we do whole, or if we're out, skim...or like right before the storm the only thing we could find was 2%
she'll drink whatever...she doesn't care...she drinks so much milk we'd have to buy 2 at a time anyway....we don't use it that often...just cereal and coffee etc....maybe we'll start buying 2 skims? the dr said at her 2 yr we can switch off whole
other than that she drinks water...i have yet to get her to drink juice...even tho sometimes her paper from dc says juice....
DS gets skim milk with meals and water in between. We drink skim milk as a family and switched him from the whole milk around his birthday. He has only had juice once at a party, so we try to avoid it.

We drink skim ourselves, but buy 2% for DD. I know we can go to skim at this point but she's not a great eater and she loves milk. She drinks at every meal and asks sometimes in the middle of the day too.
DD loves milk, she drinks whole milk at breakfast and dinner mostly and water throughout the day. Some days she drinks a lot and others not much at all.
