At 6 weeks, the baby doesn't really have arms and legs to move enough. Since it is your 3rd, it is likely the growth and movement of your uterus/other internal organs. Someone also told me their midwife suggested it was your uterus "twitching." But I absolutely feel it here and there. Also my 3rd.
This is my second and I can say that I've felt things that I know are related to digestion that remind me of the feeling of baby moving. There's just no way yet, but I understand how the feeling makes you think Oh!
My second, too, and I've definitely felt some uterine twitches that reminded me of baby-kicks, but it's wayyy too early. Guessing it's still just our uteruses remembering, "O rite, this is how it feels to expand."

I sometimes get twitches in that vicinity that are for all the world like a ~20 week baby kick - while most decidedly un-pregnant. So yeah. It's a very weird sensation! But I'm sure it's not the baby yet.
This is my 3rd also and I definitely feel my uterus stretching and I understand, there have definitely been feelings just like later when we can feel baby moving.
