I'm 8 weeks pregnant. After sex today, I noticed a white boogery-like substance all over my thighs. What is this?? It didn't look like discharge really and there was a lot of it.
Definitely discharge. Pregnancy comes with lots of discharge in all sorts of fun textures. Don't worry, and don't get ducked on to Dr. Google--you'll drive yourself crazy.
I don't even know how to respond to that. Of course it's not semen.
I mean, I don't want us to have a detailed thread about the various colors and consistency of semen, but from what your described, for you to say "Of course it's not semen" isn't exactly reasonable. We don't have experience with your husband's semen. :-??

Yeast infection? ...Not sure what boogery means. Is it like little clumps everywhere?
yeast infections are massively itchy, and its like almost impossible to have sex with them it doesnt feel very comfortable pretty much everyones had one at one point too i think enough to know when they do have them
Mine don't itch. And it doesn't leak into my underwear either. I would never know any things wrong down there except after sex I can see all the stuff all over DH. Then I go get checked out. Sorry so graphic but symptoms aren't the same for everyone
"Yet another bodily fluid introduced to you courtesy of estrogen is leukorrhea, a thin, milky vaginal discharge. Leukorrhea protects the birth canal from infection by maintaining a healthy balance of bacteria, so don’t try to douche or wash it away."
I was able to buy the what to expect book from Target in my small agricultural town, so it should be easier to find in bigger cities
Can we get a TMI label on posts like this? Totally legit question, OP, but I like to be prepped for the subject matter when posts are on bodily fluids and such.
