Weekend Plans

I know it's already Sunday, but how is everyone's weekend going? Any fun plans?

We have had a pretty low key weekend, grocery shopping, renting a movie, volunteering at our church's pumpkin patch, church and now we're free! I'm thinking play time, reading books and pizza for dinner :)

    It's been a dreary weekend where I live..I would have loved nothing better than to stay in pjs and lounge. Yesterday dh, my dad, and I spent the majority of the day painting and ripping down a pool deck at our new house. Dd was with Grammy. This morning we went to church and now are on our way to an 80th bday party. Hope it's warmer and sunnier where everyone else is!

    Met a friend for coffee this morning, visited my mom at her house...DH has been cutting & stacking firewood...finally cooling off and feeling like fall here in Colorado (only a high of 63 degrees here today). I'm sipping a beer while LO is snoozing in my arms. Bronco game starts soon... GO DENVER!!

    It's cold here in Maryland, low 50's and windy. Went to church with my baby boy and the family. Went to eat ribs (I ate lots of corn breads lol) and now going home with my little one, to get ourselves in pjs, warm up, and nap!! Cold, cloudy weather calls for a hot cup of cocoa, warm pjs and cuddle with my little one (minus the hot cup of cocoa!) ;)

    Ugh I'm so jealous everyone's breaking out their fall wardrobes! High of 95 here today. At least we're out of the 100's though, right?!

    We had a family filled weekend. My in laws came over on Friday. My dad was over Saturday and today we hosted a surprise party for my grandma. I hadn't seen everyone in awhile. I love having family gatherings. I'm excited for the holiday season!!

    Took our little boy to his first college hockey game. I think he loved it. He just watched the players skate around and all the lights. He fell asleep not too far into it and all the loud noises didn't even make him flinch or wake up. Finding someplace to breastfeed was pretty difficult though so that sucked.

    @juliekay25 was it loud? Did you do anything to protect his ears. Just wondering took my LO downtown the other day and it was very loud

    No we didn't cover his ears. It was pretty loud. He didn't even flinch when they made a goal and the horns and fireworks went off. He's really good with loud noises though. Our big dogs always barking and he doesn't even wake up. I vacuume and it just puts him to sleep. It bothers him more when it gets really quiet I think.

    We went to the pumpkin patch and apple orchard :) wagon rides, corn maze, pony rides, it was soo fun!
