I have had morning sickness now the last six weeks so my appetite sucks where I get full so fast or when I do eat I want something bad like chips or takeout. I really hope I can start eating better soon when the sickness goes!
For a long time the only thing I could eat that wouldn't make me sick was poutine. Quite healthy. I'm 13+3 weeks and my appetite has started to come back now
Absolute shit. I haven't thrown up, but this nausea is KILLING ME! I have to snack ALL the TIME and the only snacks that make me feel better are junk food and sweets. Every once in a while I will get a craving for veggies (esp. celery), but those are few and far between.

But... at least poutine is awesome!
The only thing I've had trouble eating are green beans... but I don't like the way DH cooks them so that's probably why they made me gag recently.
Nausea is FINALLY starting to ease up a little bit (I'm 12 weeks + 3 days). Still strikes late afternoon/evening, but I feel pretty good for most of the day. I have found that I am really craving breakfast sandwiches... I think it's that combination of carbs and protein. Even though the idea of protein can be hard to stomach, if you can keep some down it definitely helps!

The nausea is still pretty constant with me (10+1 weeks), so I eat a LOT of plain, cold cereal. My favorite right now is corn chex, but I went through a big cheerios phase. I bought some crispix yesterday, just to shake things up. Pretty exciting over here!
Mostly pasta, fruit/veggies and fish. Never been a fish lover but I'm craving it recently. And I just found out how amazing is warm milk with carob powder. Can't drink plain milk and haven't been able to even think about coffee since week 5 so this carob powder is a lifesaver.
I'm 12 weeks 3 days and have been naseusa with lots of dry heaving and some throwing up since week 9. The thought of almost all good makes me queasy, bagels with cheese are about the only thing I can tolerate at the moment. Really hoping it clears up esp since we have a vacation coming up in 2 weeks.
I think I've gone through an entire Costco box of ritz crackers. I never thought eating would be so difficult. MS is finally starting to ease up a little (I'm 11w3d), so last night when I told DH I felt like a dragon roll and some tempura he ran out and got it for me
Carbs all the time! I don't seem to want anything healthy which is so weird for me, I have not eaten like this in years! Hoping to be able to eat veggies again soon.
I've had nausea since week 5.5 and I'm 10 weeks now. Let up for a couple days beginning of week 9 then yesterday I felt horrible. I'm playing hooky today from work, can't help it, I need a break haha but what has been working for me recently is Spanish rice. Thaaaaats it. Everything else makes me icky

Yes tto the breakfast sandwiches! Ive gone through McDonalds 3 times now after getting off work in the mornings. I never eat fast food but man Those bacon egg and cheese biscuits are heaven!
Nausea is pretty much gone at this stage for me (13 weeks) but I still don't feel comfortable eating normally and I still have meat and chicken aversions. Currently I eat mushroom or lentil soup, yogurt, grilled cheese sandwiches and oranges. Healthy
Ladies you are confirming all my questions. I am 12 weeks 5 days. I have nausea all day. I used to eat healthy before I was pregnant I used to eat so healthy but now only can digest carbs/ protein. The thought of vegetables is unimaginable. I need carbs to keep my stomach stable. I graze all day bc if I get hungry I get sick . Looking forward to second tri healthy eating and working out. I already gained 10 lbs!!!!
I just started the second trimester today, but pretty much since the very beginning all I've been craving is veggies. Fruit made me vomit. Also, pizza. Lots and lots of pizza.
