Engorgement

My left breast is always engorged! Baby is 3.5 weeks old and I don't know how much longer I can take this pain :( Luckily it does not seem to affect baby's latching or feeding, but I feel like my breast is going to explode in between feedings. Does anyone else have this issue and what do you do about it?

    I ep but if it is always engorged I would pump a little out. One of your boobs is usually a better producer. My left makes 6 more oz in a day then my right.
