I have. I was told that my six-week follow-up that I could. I was sick of pads to I was still having a little bit of postpartum bleeding. I got the Depo shot that day and then 10 days later I think I got my actual period & then used them again. No issues
I just got my 1st cycle since birth, 12 weeks later. It's fill with clots so I'm not comfortable with tampons. Pads suck but with the clots I prefer them. Definitely will return to tampons next cycle
@beeish I think I had my period for about five or six days. It kind of tapered off after that. I can't say that I've had any problems really… I was on the depo shot as a teenager and I didn't have a cycle For three years straight! I got off at age 18 and switch to the pill because I didn't think it was good to not have a cycle each month. The other issue I had as a teenager is that although I was not having a cycle, I had emotional/ mood PMS stuff all the time. I was concerned about that being a problem again now that I'm older and on the shot, but have not noticed that as a symptom
Thank you! @ecloho Im hoping it tapers off soon, it's so annoying. I haven't had any other side effects. I'm contemplating not getting my follow up in December.
@beeish we are one & done! DH will most likely be getting the BIG V this winter so hopefully I won't be on Depo too long or any BC for that matter! It's his turn to take one for the team!
From what I'm seeing from my friends (I'm the last of them to have kids) their 2nd and 3rd look so easy! They are really good. I don't know if it's because they already have one so they know what to expect and are calmer or what. From my friends that have a 3rd, those babies seem the most relaxed and laid back. From what one of my friends says is that the 3rd has to be laid back because they are so busy with the other two that have stuff going on and schedules of their own. The 3rd just falls into place!
I don't know, but I don't know how I would be handling my LO with a 2 or 3 year old running around!!
We have 3 kids now (7,3 and Lo is 13 weeks) and even though I'm still young (29) I definately think we are done at 3. I have been a full time stay at home mom since my first was born .In one sense it is easier with each because you have done everything before and you know what to expect but I'm not going to lie, it is ALOT of work!!! Juggling the needs of 3 kids is hard sometimes especially my 3 year old who doesn't understand about having to be patient sometimes. But in the end I wouldn't change it for the world, I live for my babies!!

Totally agree. This is my third and while she is by far my easiest baby 3 kids are a ton of work! My 2 year old is like 75% of the work though lol, adding a third hasn't been too stressful since things were already crazy. I am definitely done but DH is open to a fourth.
