Rants/Raves/Questions: Still not feeling sick, I get weak if I eat breakfast late. I've been having weekly migraines.

GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? We worked together in college and became best friends. I told him we would end up together and 6 years later (hahaha) we finally did! He's by far my favorite person in the world.
Next Appointment: I have my first u/s on Monday!
Rants/Raves/Questions: The nausea is really starting to pick up. I woke up in the middle of the night with wicked heartburn and nausea
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? H and I met at youth group as teenagers. We were friends for a few years and then started dating my senior year and his first year of college.
Next Appointment: this Wednesday! Finally! I have a dating ultrasound

Next Appointment: we had our first appt this past Thursday and we got to see our little bean and the HB! I measured 7w4d so my EDD is May 15th. Next appt is Oct 15th!
Rants/Raves/Questions: none really, my smeller is just really intense right now. Smells really kick up my nausea.

1) The waiting game, this whole thing TTC and now for all the milestones...I'm too type A for this ish!
2) No MS yet! Vague nausea and I'm hoping it stays that way...although I kind of want it because I feel like it would make me feel less nervous about this baby not sticking if I had a constant reminder that it is. I guess breast pain will have to do for now!

Me and Hubbie met when I was 21 - 9 years ago! He was supposed to be my first one night stand to get over an ex and we actually just hit it off. I'm not a one night stand type of girl I guess.
Next Appointment: Oct. 13. I got the latest appointment available so H can come with me

Annoyed with how dh parents. If I tell ss to sit down and eat dinner, he goes to daddy who then says no you don't have to eat that you can have candy instead. WTF. Then the kid smirks at me cuz he's learnt what I say means nothing

Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm feeling sooooooo fat and bloated. I find myself constantly thinking about food and I'm hungry 24/7.

We both worked at Walmart while in college back in 2007. We dated for 5 years then got married in 2012!
Next appt: Oct 19th
Rants/ raves, etc: I'm hoping I'm feeling less nauseous and puking less come Wed. DH and I are going to Vancouver and have a ton of sightseeing planned.
How we met: We met through my brother. We were FB friends for about 2 years before he asked me out. He knew I had been divorced, had a toddler, and knew it wouldn't be just a fling. Here we are 4 years later, married and a baby on the way!

Rants/Raves/Questions: 7 weeks today and M/S hit me like a truck. I started to feel really nauseous as we were pulling into the driveway today - it was a photo finish as I dashed to the bathroom.
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? He worked for a grocery store where my best friends worked and I met him through them (we were in HS). We did the long distance thing through college, then I moved to the city he was in after I graduated. Been together for 16 years now and it's been great!

Rants/Raves/Questions: Nervous about finding childcare in the future! I have 2 close friends due this month, and they said they started looking for daycare at the end of their first trimester as it is hard to come by! Any advice is appreciated!!
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? Met DH in college. He "tricked" me into hanging out with him. He said he was having friends over to watch a movie and only invited me because he had a crush! Dated on and off in college and got serious a year after we graduated!
Next Appointment: Haven't had time to make one yet. I'm hoping to get an appointment for the 16th or 19th

Rants/Raves/Questions: Doing daily injections is more mentally challenging than I expected. I just don't want to do it anymore.

He was my brother's best friend, but I didn't like him. It took him a year of trying to get me to even go on a date. 12 years and 8 kids later...
This pregnancy is so different than my first and I'm trying so hard to enjoy not feeling sick, but my crazy pregnant lady head is playing games with me. But we're telling our families tomorrow and I can't wait!!
My first appointment is October 8, this Thursday!
GTKY: DH's dad is a pastor and when I was in high school, we started going to their church. DH and I went to the same high school but he was a year below me and we probably never would have met through school activities. We played in the youth band together and annoyed each other so much. Fast forward to the year after college...we grew up just enough to realize that we made an awesome couple!

Rants/Raves/Questions: Had so much painful cramping yesterday and last night that yesterday was a wash spent watching TV and I had a stressful sleep. I'm guessing it's either my body stretching to make room or a cyst, as I have no bleeding. I finally figured out that putting pillows beneath my knees and laying on my back keeps it at bay, and I haven't had any flair-ups since. It just means I can't move!! Thankfully my man is waiting on me.
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO met? I had just gotten a new job and was going around doing surveys of our public for my boss. I found him on the roof of our building and did a survey on him, didn't think much about it. Late that night he messaged me on Facebook and said he had seen me around (I hadn't even noticed him, haha) and found me very interesting and honest -- and then we spent that night, and all the rest that week, talking until we fell asleep! Now we're having a baby!!! Life is so wild.
Next Appointment: I just picked out a new OB based on recommendations and I will have my first u/s Friday! Super excited!! I had one last week that disappointed me. I did nothing more than pee in a cup and pick up a packet of what to do and what not to do.
Rants/Raves/Questions: I've been MIA because life has been miserable. I can just about garuntee I'll throw up at least twice a day. Usually keeping down small snacks like popcorn and hopefully one meal. I did not expect things to be so difficult so early.

We met while singing karaoke! There's a dive bar downtown that host karaoke once a week. We connected over our love for the most random music.

Rants/Raves/Questions: The only meat I can tolerate is beef jerky. I'm oddly happy because it's something.

We met on a normal MSN profile. He thought I sounded cool so he emailed me. I emailed back. We were writing 3 page letters to each other every day, talking on the phone, and then I invited him over. It was love! I said I would marry him on our 3rd date, which was only a month after that first email. That was over 13 years ago, so I might have been a crazy 18 year old but I was right!
Next Appointment: 1st appt. on Oct 15th! I can't wait!

I'm so tired of this nausea! Ugh! I know it's better than throwing up but it comes random and I'm tired of eating. I literally hate food because it all sounds gross. Then when you do pick something you think you will like its gross!!
GTKY:The story behind your spouse; We met in a bar watching NBA finals! I was rooting for you the opposite team with my best friend! He got my number at the end of the night. The rest is history.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Very achy and tired, more intense nausea at times, but no vomiting thus far. Boobs are less sore though (they were so so sore for weeks)! Weirdly enough, for the last week or so, almost every time I start to eat I sneeze. Had my first ultrasound on Friday and got to see the wee little baby move! So cool.
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet?
Haha well... I met SO at a tiny bar that I used to frequent quite often. When I walked in (the door has a loud beep so usually people look up to see who walks in, as it's a pretty close knit place), I smiled because I knew everyone else in the room and I like to smile at people. I'd never seen him there before, but we made eye contact. Someone was sitting in my usual spot, so I sat 2 chairs down from him at the bar and started chatting with the bartender like always. After a little while, he looked at me and said "How are you doing tonight, ma'am?" So we started talking. As the night went on, I was sitting right next to him, and we talked for hours and took turns playing music on the jukebox. We haven't spent a night away from each other since that very first day we met.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Nausea, nausea, nausea. Bleh. I always feel quesy and just want that to go away. In other news I told my dad, step mom, and few really close family friends this weekend and am so glad I did. The reaction was so awesome. Of course I got super emotional bc my dad had to go and start crying. My stepmom is using it as an excuse to go shopping... My dad started looking for her Kohls card to try and confiscate it. lol.
GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? One of my friends at the time was dating his best friend (who is now with and has 2 kids with my stepsister, but story for another day). We all went to Denny's to hang out and he was there. His friend swore he wouldn't like me. Good thing he was wrong.

Rants/Raves/Questions: I feel really overwhelmed by all of the baby wearing and cloth diaper options out there. I'm going to have to pick the brains of some real life friends about it. Obviously it's way early, but I want to make some decisions!

GTKY: What's the story behind how you and your DH/DW/SO meet? I met him through a dating site that I was reluctant to join. My friends basically forced me to. We were, according to it a 98% match. Which we both sent each other messages making fun of the fact that a dating site thought it knew us soooo well. He was instantly smitten. Me, not so much. He asked what he had to do to get me. I said, "work harder"... so he did.
We went out a few times and the kicker is that we have at least 15 mutual friends, but had never met, including one of my best friends. She told us both that she'd thought of setting us up but we were both too busy! We both have a love of the outdoors and firearms as well as similar values and belief systems. After several bad relationships we found each other. Our relationship is by no means perfect, but we get along very well and are a good fit.
