My LO just started sleeping longer stretches at night last week (he's 18 weeks) and I keep waiting for it to end. Like it was too good to be true. How many times are your LOs waking up at night?

  • It varies for us. We just started sleep training and he was up once each night. I still voted for 2 on here because this has only been the last two nights and I don't know if it will last. Before that, I was up every 45 minutes with him...sigh.

  • LO sometimes keeps waking up every 40 -60 mins for about 3 times when she first goes down then she starts her real night sleep so i don't really count these, i think it's her new version of cluster feeding. After that she wakes up 2-3 times. She used to sleep through the night before she started sleep regression <\3
  • He wakes up every 2 hours. He's 4 months
  • Once a night, unless he rolls onto his tummy and freaks out

  • every 3 hours unless he has a cold... so that works out to 3-4 times depending on when he goes down.

    It's usually:

    7pm - bedtime
    10:30 - wake to nurse
    1:30 - wake to nurse
    4:30 - wake to nurse
7 - awake for the day
  • Once, usually around 3-4 to eat then back asleep until 8. We did nothing to get her to do this, she did it on her own. She goes doen for the night around 830. I feel for the moms who are still up frequently at night- hang in there!
  • My LO is waking up at night, but I don't need to do anything. He falls asleep after a while again. I was feeding him at first, but then tried not to, and after a while he fell asleep again. He wasn't actually hungry. Imagine that. He falls asleep more quickly now too. It will come for your LO too.

How old is he?? Mine is 15 weeks and will wake up between 4 and 5 (sometimes she will sleep through till 6). I get her and nurse her for not even 15 minutes before she is out cold again. With my first I stopped feeding her when she woke up at night cause she hardly ever did. not sure if she really needs to eat or not or when to just leave her to fall back to sleep

  • I voted for the 8+ because she sleeps from 7-7 every night. Some nights she looses her binky and gets annoyed and whines so we go put it back in her mouth and she is out. When she does loose her binky she doesn't open her eyes or anything just whines a little and that's it, takes about 30 seconds to fix the problem, and like I said it's not every night!

@jc0n15 He's 20 weeks today. I still nursed him at night when he was 15 weeks - probably about the same as you're doing.
