Dilated Ureter

The doc told us yesterday that the baby has a dilated ureter and fluid in its kidneys. He said it usually isn't a big deal, but he wants me to go to the high-risk OB just to make sure. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm trying not to freak out, but it's hard not to. Our high-risk appt. is on Monday.

    I had that with my son. I had a couple extra ultrasounds with the high risk OB, but absolutely everything was fine :) hoping for the same in your case!

    Yes! My doc just told us the same thing. She said both ureter are dialated but her bladder was empty. She said this normally occurs in boys and is rare in girls, but she was hopeful it will go away. I'm nervous and I really hope she isn't in pain. I have a follow up ultrasound on 10/14/15. What did your doc say at your follow up rbourassa99?
