Frustrated!

Be been spotting on and off for a week now, throughout the day it goes back and forth from super light to a red and then last night I started cramping for the first time on my right side but once I put the heating pad on it it went away. If I was having a miscarriage would I be bleeding for this long? It's so frustrating having to go through this and waiting 2 weeks for a ultrasound because you can't see the baby and have no idea what's going on. I went to the doctor and she said its to early to see anything so she couldn't give me any piece of mind! Waiting for my HCG levels to come back now. I just want a healthy little baby. Positive prays my way please! Has anyone had anything like this happen and then had a normal pregnancy eventually?

    That is a frustrating situation to be in. For now, remember that there are multiple reasons for cramping and spotting. (I've had it in both of my pregnancies; with my son I even had a gush of blood). It doesn't always mean miscarriage. There have been many women here who have had spotting, cramping, even some bleeding; you shold be able to find their stories through searching. I hope your ultrasound brings you good news when you can get one. Fx for a healthy baby!
