New intro

Hey everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kim. I've been with my husband for 10 years, married for a little over 4 years. We've been ttc for just shy of 3 years. I am on my third round of clomid. We've had testing and are both "normal." It's hard, as you know and I just need people to talk to that understand. All I get from family is the unsolicited (really terrible) advice.

Welcome! I just love unsolicited advice, they are always so sure they have the right answer. The best we can do is let it roll off, I have to laugh at some people.

Hopefully you won't need any advice! :)

Welcome to you @MrsPetroske . How you holding up on the Clomid. I had terrible mood swings, crazy dreams, and night sweats. Blegh. Hope its a little better for you! :)

I too and unexplained (or "normal") and we're a young couple who've been together around 10 years, married 5... so I relate to you in many ways. Frustrating indeed!

All that terrible advice never seems to go away unfortunately. If you're open about your journey (as I am) you'll get advice all along the way. I just had a friend recently tell me to be sure to only put back 1 embryo on our next IVF cycle, because she just had a friend who gave birth to premature twins and all the risks blah blah. I had a good rant about it on my blog. It's neverending, but just know you are amongst a group of women here who truly understand and have walked in your shoes!

I hope this last round of clomid is third time a charm for you and that you are able to begin the motherhood journey sooner than later! :)
