Hi all! I'm currently 8 1/2 weeks pregnant with my first and everything seems to be going smoothly (except for the never ending all day sickness!) Because I'm sick all the time I'm worried that I'm not eating healthy enough before I got pregnant I always ate smoothies and salads, and stayed away from dairy, refined sugar and bread carbs. Now it seems that all I can eat is bread carbs and fatty foods! Like hamburgers and French fries and nachos etc. I can manage oatmeal in the mornings or cheese toast but can't even do eggs or a smoothie right now. It's all I can convince myself to eat, everything else makes me feel sick just to think about. What are your opinions and own experiences? Do you think this is okay just for while I'm feeling so crappy? Thanks!
