I've gone from filling my grocery cart with fresh greens and fruits to faux "healthy" processed foods. I told my husband I didn't even recognize myself anymore between the 3 boxes of Annie's Mac & Cheese and 2 California Pizza Kitchen pizzas in my cart last night. My morning sickness just can't do health food at the moment.
I read on webmd that while some women can do ginger ale and crackers to help morning sickness (not helpful to me), some women find lemonade more helpful. I've been trying to stay away from high-calorie drinks and artificial sweeteners outside of Splenda, so that really limits me. For anyone in this same boat, I had a good find yesterday - Berry Beery Good Lemonade juice boxes at Target. 40 calories, all natural, and 100% of your daily Vitamin C. Looks like you can get it at Wal-Mart and on Amazon too.

Anyone else have any good food finds as they're trying to navigate all day nausea without completely trying to blow a healthy diet?
