Subchorionic hemorrahge

After 4 weeks of brown discharge and initial low hcg levels we finally saw baby's heartbeat today!! About 7 weeks along, a week behind what I thought i was. But, they did see a subchorionic hemmoraghe. Anyone have experience with this? The us tech made it sound like it's common, but haven't spoken with the doc yet.
