Any different ideas for where to buy (wish I could make, but 0 skills in that area) other than the usual tiny prints, zazzle, snapfish etc - they are all cute but not seeing anything that really hits me.
I got blank card stock, and will be stamping my own- we have a nautical theme going, so will pick out stamps to go with that. Super easy! And TONS of stamps on etsy!!
For wedding gifts, I used online photo and made the front of the card one of our engagement pics, a small pic on the inside and another on the back. It was personalized and we had several comments liking the cards. I was thinking about doing the same, with maternity pics this time.
Would it be a faux pas to wait until after the baby is born (another 4 months) before sending out thank you cards, even though we are already getting presents? I wanted to have them printed with a picture of our new family ❤️
@rbourassa99 I wanted to do that too but I do feel like that is a long time. For me, it's an absolute no because my husband would be getting a call everyday from my MIL asking if I sent out the cards. If they didn't go out the first week after the shower she would probably write them haha.
I think following etiquette means to get them out within a week or two. I've seen at several showers people having the envelopes put out so guests can write their addresses on- saves MTB time from writing out that part!
