High sperm DNA fragmentation

We have been ttc for around 18 months, 2 miscarriages earlier this year. After the nhs told us they won't investigate unless we have a 3rd mc we decided to go private for tests. Starting with semen analysis for my husband and amh blood test for me.
Just got the results back and mine is within range and although husbands sperm count and everything looked perfect - we found out he has 40% DNA fragmentation.
Which is really not good. We are beside ourselves with worry.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know of anyone who still conceived and delivered a healthy baby with this problem.
Everything we have read up so far is very negative - even with the help of IVF so we are really worried.
