Need diaper help!!

OMG I'm so sick of researching diapers so I thought I'd just post on here. So my DD was using Pampers Swaddlers so far, but then when she outgrew size 1's I had some Huggies Little Snugglers size 2's from a diaper cake from my shower. So I was using those and then she would have blowout after blowout, poop everywhere. So I inspected the diaper and it's like the sides don't fully get covered, almost like it's missing an extra piece on the sides...so I had some Huggies Snug & Dry Plus size 3's from the shower that I tried out, and they actually fit pretty good and they have been working to keep the poop from coming out. I love them....but now I went to buy more and apparently they were a Costco only diaper and they are now discontinued! ugh...and I've read reviews that the regular Snug & Dry (not the PLUS costco version) don't work well. They now have a SNug & Dry Ultra version at Walmart only that I may go try...has anyone tried that one?

Just wanted to see what diapers everyone is using and what they like/don't like about them.

My daughter is using pampers baby dry size 2 and we don't have any issues with them. Also used with both my boys after they outgrew the pampers swaddlers with issues either. I prefer pampers over Huggies or any other brand

Why don't you go back to Pampers Swaddlers? It seems like you had good luck with them and they go up to size 3 or 4. I've used them since day 1 and haven't wanted to switch!

PS I hope you've been doing pampers and huggies rewards!

I hate huggies. They always have blow outs. Sometimes they make the poop blow out the front. Not sure how that happens!
We used Pampers with our first and now with the second. Right now we are using Swaddlers size 2. Have some huggies that were given To us as a gift but I hate them so much I'm just going to give them away. And my baby got a rash the first time we used huggies. Never again.

actually i did pick up a package of size 3 swaddlers and today poop went all over the couch and myself! lol....so i'm thinking swaddlers aren't working for her anymore.

Target diapers are very similar to Pampers. So, I use Target, Pampers Swaddlers or Pampers Baby Dry depending on what coupons and deals are available at the time. I have no problems with any of them. Hated Huggies when I tried them (not sure what type of Huggies they were though).

We use Pampers Swaddlers, Huggies and Parents Choice (Wal Mart store brand) all size 1. I like them all but Parents Choice is a great value and IMO just as good as the name brand diapers. My parents pick up Pampers sometimes and we grab Huggies at the nearby grocery store if we don't have time to get to Wal Mart but Parents Choice are my favorite.

We had the blowout issue with both Huggies and Pampers. We ended up trying the Honest Company diapers and absolutely love them. I was skeptical about them but took advantage of a cheap bundle they offered through Zulily, and they are way more than just cute patterns. She has been giving these a run for their money! So far we have had a few poop leaks, usually when she is laying on her side breastfeeding or sitting in her bumbo playing (she's a multitasker) but it is nothing like the blowout issues we had with pampers or huggies. So far they are totally worth the extra money I am spending, although if you order them as a bundle through the website the price isn't too bad, plus it saves me a ton of laundry!

I use pampers swaddlers and they've worked great for us! Have you checked Amazon to see if they sell the Huggies plus, they might have them.

We've been using luvs, size 1 and had 2 blow outs yesterday, I'm not sure if we need to just go up a size or try something else.

We had a looot of blow outs with Pampers, now we are using Libero Comfort, they are great!

I hate Huggies. I am a Luvs lover! I have 2 boys first son never had a blow out ever!! And now lo had not had so far. They are cheap and reliable. I went with them initially because of the price difference between pampers and Luvs and ended up loving them.

We use honest company as well and love them so far. We also use Pampers.

Go back to Pampers Swaddlers just go up a size to 2. My DD is using them now. Never had a blowout in them and they keep her dry.

We use Earth's Best after trying Bambo nature, seventh generation and honest company. Earth's best are super absorbent and no leaks (so far).

Diapers are very baby specific. What works for one baby doesn't work for another. It may be trial and error until you find a kind you like. Going up on a size often helps.

I like pampers, but we usually use the target brand because they are cheaper. I also have some (a lot) of huggies that I got at my baby shower. I'm using them too, but it seems like there's so much extra bulk to them. We've never had a blowout.

We also use Earth's Best. I use those and Honest Co. and really like them both.

First off, holy cow, size 2 or 3 diapers for you already! Good job, mama!

I have a boy, I feel like Huggies fit him better. I use the Huggies swaddlers in Size 1. I've had blow-outs with both Luvs and Up&up (target generic brand). I plan on giving the Luvs another chance (they are SO absorbent) because the time the blowout happened he technically fit the size as recommended, but it still didn't fit well, you know? Regarding the Huggies snugglers tho, I don't know how big they size up to. I'm not sure if they have size 2s, etc.

(Also, just an aside - Jet.com has some pretty good deals on diapers. Well, at least they did on my brand / size. And yeah, submit those Huggies and Pampers points!)

We use target generic diapers and haven't had any problems. I also use those for my 2 year old, except at night when we use the Pampers overnight diapers. I feel like just about everyone I know uses the target diapers too so maybe that will work for you.

I love Luvs but have back blowouts with them. Huggies leaks for us. We are using Pampers Swaddlers Size 4 now... I feel like they cost so much more but they help with the blowouts (that and moving to a size 4)

Huggies leaked every time she pooped. They didn't fit her well and had gaps around her thighs. We pretty much just use Pampers Swaddlers, although we had gotten a pack of 7th Generation from my baby shower and we liked those as well. They aren't as soft as Pampers and they don't have a wetness indicator so it's a little harder to know if she's wet without opening the diaper, but they are chemical free and fit her well.

Honest diapers! Love them! LO wears a size 2. I had a bunch of size 1 leftover when he went up a size and they swapped them out for size 2. We've only had 2 or 3 blowouts in 12 weeks. Occasionally pee will leak out at night but I think that's because he's a boy!
