  Oftentimes there are no differences, it really depends on the person.

  3 singleton pregnancies and one twin pregnancy there was no difference until about 25 weeks for me.

  I had EXTREMELY mild symptoms, only had ms twice. Compared to friends and family with singletons, I had barely any typical symptoms.

  My twin pregnancy was a breeze, this singleton has been tough.
  
  I don't understand why everything thinks symptoms are universal depending on how many and what sex the baby is? I've met people with 1 who have had to be hospitalized for nausea, I had zero nausea with twins.
