I am due in 4 days and have been bouncing my days away on my ball. After having it for 2 weeks and using it daily and seeing little to no progress I am starting to wonder if maybe I'm not using the correct technique, if there is one.
Should I bounce at an angle where there is no pressure or pressure on my lower region? Should I lightly bounce or vigorously bounce? Is there some rain dance that I've not learned?!?!?!
