Am I using my labor ball correctly?

I am due in 4 days and have been bouncing my days away on my ball. After having it for 2 weeks and using it daily and seeing little to no progress I am starting to wonder if maybe I'm not using the correct technique, if there is one.

Should I bounce at an angle where there is no pressure or pressure on my lower region? Should I lightly bounce or vigorously bounce? Is there some rain dance that I've not learned?!?!?!

  • I'm curious to hear answers. I just bounce gently on mine and when I get tired I do figure 8's or hip circles or rock my hips back and forth..... I think anything you do is helpful probably?
