  Oatmeal, drink tons of water, blessed thistle and fenugreek. Looking at a picture of your baby while pumping or closing your eyes and think about your little bundle. Hope it helps! Keep us updated

  I also drink one small bottle of Gatorade a day, and found if I up my water intake that also helps! Oatmeal helps too

  Oatmeal, lots of water, fenugreek, mothers milk tea, lactation cookies, eating enough during the day and almonds.

  How often are you pumping? Don't skip the middle of the night sessions.

  Check out Stanford Hands on Pumpong video. Ladies from a lactation group I attended said it helped them with productivity when pumping.
