I work for a NJ based company, get paid through their NJ payroll, and pay NJ taxes but live in FL. Moved to FL about a year ago from NJ. Am I covered under the NJ FML? Or am I covered based on where I live?
Double check with your company, but I think you might qualify for NJ FMLA because the company is based in NJ. It's run by the state, separate from your company's policies I believe.
