Being pregnant you typically have pains of growing and stretching every way. What was your worst is your worst now? I'm 15 weeks and having the worst pains in my lower abdominal, they come and go, but you can tell defiantly some changes. How did you cope with yours? I haven't found a way yet.

I usually lay with a heating pad on or soak in a warm bath. If really bad I do take Tylenol.

For me, the pain typically starts at the end of first tri and lasts till delivery. I do lots of baths, Tylenol and heating pads. I've asked my ob, and he said that typically the only sure fire cure is delivery.
