I know it's annoying when people act like their dogs are humans. But I'm totally one of those people. My two basset hounds have been diagnosed with parvo, and I don't have $2400 to keep them at the vet so we're doing SubQ fluids and treating the boys at home. I think I cry about 10 times a day, for the last 5 days. And this morning I woke up to complete body chills and I'm freezing even though it's 90 degrees and I haven't been able to keep down food. I know I've read that stressing out is bad for baby. But like, how bad? Is he feeling my emotions? I know I need to eat because starving a fetus isn't good. But as far as the stressing myself to sickness, is it effecting my baby?
Re: Stress and baby?
No. Stress does not affect your baby.
I'm sorry about your dogs.
Thank you!
