**Tuesday Ticker Change (last one)**

GTKY: What's the story behind your screen name? Mine's kind of boring. It's one I use a lot, since it was my original AIM screen name (yeah, remember instant messenger?) and was a nickname from high school.

    Week/Fruit: Baby's here! 13 days old

    Symptoms: Tired, sore nips. 

    Cravings/Aversions: All my aversions are back. Blah. I don't want to eat anything. I can't get enough watered down juice though. 

    Gender? Boy, Asher Daniel

    GTKY: What's the story behind your screen name? Mine is boring as well. KTB are my initials and my nickname is Kitten, well it used to be. It's an old screen name that I use for everything.


    I am also sad this will be the last one. I hope that all the mamas who were due on Tuesdays have the best of everything with their LOs

    Week/Fruit: Baby's here! 19 days old

    Symptoms: Definitely have diastasis recti, which is causing a bit of random discomfort.

    Cravings/Aversions: Water, caffeine and sweets

    GTKY: What's the story behind your screen name? It's the first three letters of my first and last name (my nickname at work) and our anniversary is 10/8/10. So it's a mashup of those two. @meggipi5 you reminded me of my first AIM screen name and it was so lame - yellowjello84. Haha!

    I can't believe our pregnancy journey is over! Good luck to all of you with your little ones. :x

    GTKY: story behind my screen name is that I never figured out how to change it. It's the one that was assigned to me and I never looked into changing it haha.

    Jenten810  Are you doing anything to help your diastasis recti? I have an almost two finger separation and hope to get it healed up.

    @meggipi5 I hadn't recovered from my first pregnancy but didn't realize it until I ended up in PT due to excruciating PGP during this one. Turns out my abs were still separated even after 14 months. In PT they had me do a lot of small controlled exercises (i.e. Kegels, plank, or curls up where I would use my hands to bind my core) to correct it while pregnant, but a lot of what I'm reading says to not do most of those now.

    hlb8179 shared the article below that seemed to provide some good advice. My gap feels pretty substantial (3 fingertips) so I think I'm going to try these until I have my OB appt and can talk to her about if I need to head back to PT. https://midwiferytraditions.com/2015/09/03/healing-abdominal-muscles-after-pregnancy/

    Symptoms: Sore and crampy, but nothing too bad.

    A little late but better late than never.

    GTKY: What's the story behind your screen name? My parents used to call me "boo bop girl" because apparently I would bop my head and say boo when there was music on.  I never realized until recently that when you write it as one word, It looks like it has something to do with boobs...
