Man colds and Fertile windows

Why, oh why must man colds coincide with fertile windows?! I'm trying to do my best to remain calm, but I will be SO SAD if this man cold makes us miss our BD opportunities. Especially as it turns out that the illness that we were treating that made us sit on the bench for 2 months was a misdiagnosis influenced by DH's love for Doctor Google. Keep your fingers crossed for me ladies. Gotta get this man ready for some BD tonight and again in a couple of nights. A day of lying on the couch watching football while I do everything else (never mind that I also have this cold) should do it, right?! Ack.

Gahhh!  I am so sympathetic, @Sporty1216 !  I'm benched this cycle due to my husband's illness and I was beside myself during the fertile window.  Fingers crossed that I won't have to miss next cycle, too.

There are so many frustrating things in your post, I can't even begin to address all of them.  Your DH owes you bigtime.

Thanks, gals. I love him and he is a great DH and daddy...but dang. Sometimes it's frustrating when things like this seem to take him out of commission entirely. I think women really are hardier. @CarrieandRoy --I hope your DH is on the mend soon and that you guys can get back on track this cycle!

Haha, I understand! My DH is such a whiny baby when he's sick. And he gets bad fall allergies too, which seems to bench him. It's so hard to find the right balance between being kind and supportive and also telling him to suck it up and soldier through! Good luck!
