38 weeks with extreme body aches. Help

Any experienced pregos ever have really bad body aches (like flu or cold body aches) without any other symptoms? I feel like I have the flu only I'm not sick at all but my body is in major pain! I can barely move. My Dr said it doesn't seem urgent and that sometimes these things happen. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this? And what helped. I've tried a warm bath with Epsom salt and extra strength Tylenol.

I had this at 36wks. Felt like I had a fever with chills but my temp was not bad. My whole body ached. My doctor said it was normal and the air quality hasn't been the best either. Hormones. It went away after 3 days.
