Quick question...

So I had my 12 week scan today and saw baby moving and stuff! My partner put his head to my belly this evening right wear baby should be and heard lots of bubbling and gurgling! Would it be possible to hear the baby moving around or something?

If you put your head on his belly you'll probably hear the same noises. That's the sound of digestion.
