Breast Issues?

I am 21 weeks and this morning I woke up with one extremely sore breast. And I just didn't put on a bra, but I did to go to a pregnancy class, and the sore one was falling out of my bra it was so swollen, it is also much hotter to the touch and my doctor isn't calling me back. How worried should I be?

Not too sure about this one. But FX that everything is okay and that dr calls back soon!

Sounds painful You may have a swollen gland or duct. Hopefully your doctor will have good news for you soon.
