Monday Randoms

I just have to say how fast time is flying... It seems like yesterday when I saw my little one for the first time and now he is agooing and bigger and chubbier. I mean every day he seems to grow more and more and every day I am more thankful for him but at the same time it's like wow... They always told me time flew but I didn't understand it till now... Let's enjoy our little one mamas! :x :((

    I get really stressed out everytime someone talks about how fast she is growing!

    I've been working on trying to figure out when LO sleeps so I can try to get her in a bit of a schedule that goes with her natural routine. We have a pretty good routine but not really a strict schedule. She is 8 weeks. Should we be working on a schedule or is she still too young?

    I saw a post about this and they said they said to wait until 5-6 months and I know every where I go I hear the comment on how fast he's growing, like please let me enjoy my baby, he is only 12 weeks lol

    ^^ My LO is 12.5 weeks and I found a true schedule to be too difficult. Sometimes he wakes up earlier, sometimes later, sometimes he takes a 3 hr nap during the day but sometimes he only does 20 min. I found what works best is just trying to recognize signs, like at his first yawn I put him down for a nap. And we have a consistent bath-nurse-bed routine but sometimes we start later or earlier. In my experience scheduling just stressed me out cause he never adhered to one, and like after a 20 min nap do I try to calm him and put him down again or do I count that as the sleep portion and then start the play/eat portion?

    Our little one is 11 weeks today and it is just nuts how fast time is going. I feel like she's always been here, and like it was yesterday all at the same time. Everyone keeps saying how big she's getting, and I now (14lbs yesterday)... but she seems like she's my little baby still.

    Took baby out for her first group outing (lunch with my cousins) She had so much fun :) she is getting so big and and getting a big personality :)

    I got a reality check this weekend. Z is about to be 2 months old and he seems bigger but still our little guy. Well my SO's niece had a baby last week and he weighed the same as our LO at birth when we went to visit them he looked incredibly tiny in comparison. Crazy how fast time flies and how they change right before our eyes.

    Oh my goodness I love when people comment on how big she is getting! I loved having a tiny, snuggly little baby, but I also love that she now is smiling and cooing at me all day! I am just so proud of how much she has already grown and I love when other people notice it too.

    Yep! Reign is officially 2 months old =D> today & also weighed in at over 10 lbs.! Every time I look at him I can't believe how different & how much bigger he looks!! Then again I'm still like wow... I have a little baby (FTM) & I am a mom!!

    My husband surprised me by bringing me lunch before he went into work today. It was pizza and it was effin delicious. It was so hot that I burned the roof of my mouth and I wasn't even mad. I was impressed. I can't remember the last time I ate my food while it was still hot. I love that man.

    My LO is two months old today (it's technically Tuesday right now lol) and she is also growing and changing so much. Her eyes are still blue, I would be so surprised if they stayed that way since DH and I both have brown eyes as do our two kids. My mom and brother have blue eyes as do DH's grandparents and some aunts and uncles but his parents are both brown. I wonder if it's possible for LO to end up with blue eyes or if they're just slow to change ...
