Low progesterone levels?!

Hi ladies!

So I had my transfer this past Wednesday and today I went for my progesterone blood work. The nurse just called me and told me it is on the low side. This are the numbers:

E2 Level: 349

P4 Level: 8.22

I have been told to increase to 2ccs rather than the one 1cc I am taking. Does anyone know if this will affect implantation? She thinks it might be the angle of how I am injecting? Has anyone experienced his before?

Please let me know. My pregnancy test is on 10/2.

    What did they say they wanted it to be at. Mine was at 13 this month and I was wondering what that means. They say over 15 for a medicated cycle but my dr didn't say anything. I hate the Internet. I'm sure they are just going to increase you levels and it will go up!! Good luck! I test in the 30th and they wait is driving me nuts!!!

    Are you increasing progesterone?  I don't know about IVF, but adding progesterone is quite common with medicated IUIs.  I have added Progesterone suppositories and my Progesterons isn't even low.  It's started day 1-2 days after IUI.  So I would think adding Progesterone for IVF would be the same as IUI.  Progesterone is supposed to make your uterus extra cushy and comfy.

    You know I did not even ask. I just emailed her to get the ideal number. I don't want to get too deep into my head about this... But hard not too!!! It would be feat to hear success stories from similar scenarios out there.

    Did the progesterone work with your iui? I am going in for our first attempt in October and curious if it will work? Don't have low progesterone but after 2 miscarriages I think I may even though blood work doesn't show anything. Any feedback is appreciated

    I asked about bloodwork during my 2ww but my nurse said it is not helpful because progesterone affects your bloodstream and therefore results a skewed....wondering if I should push for a check after my transfer in a few days....?
