Give them pacifier for when taking off and landing so the bubble popping doesn't hurt their ears

We always check all our luggage so we have less things to juggle. It makes things less stressful. Car seats and strollers can be checked for no extra charge. And, you can take a stroller all the way to the gate.
I prefer not to use pre boarding but rather get on the plane as late as possible.
I also like to get on board last. We have brought him as a seat infant as I don't think it's safe to hold him on my lap in the event of bad turbulence, but people recommend carrying them in an ergo for that purpose.
