The only sort of routine we have come up with is at night I feed him around 745-8-30 then once he settled down after the feeding I give him a 15 min bath to relax. This is finished by 915 usually. I then BF again until he just about falls asleep. Have been doing this for about 5 days in a row. He has been sleeping Great. 9 hours straight one night. I also have a white noise app on my phone that I let play through the night. He is 7 1/2 weeks
We "sorta" follow Babywise and have been since 2.5wks. DD2 is now 4.5wks and has been sleeping 6-8hr for about 5days in a row now! We usually start our day somewhere btwn 630-730 am and feed-wake-sleep every 2.5-3hrs during the day. She doesn't nap very good tho. She does a lot of little cat naps but she still only eats every 2.5-3hrs. Bedtime routine (bath, lotion, noise maker, low lights) starts around 830 or 9 put her down drowsy but awake and she sleeps until 4-5am, change diaper, nurse and back to bed (usually takes 20-30min total) then she sleeps til the morning routine begins again.
We are trying to do this! It's not as easy as they made it sound in the book though! Our day usually starts around 630am. She eats every 3-3.5 hours and tends to not sleep much. We might get 4 30 minute naps total during the day. So she usually skips a few naps in the feed wake sleep Cycles. We are trying to get her to eat more to hopefully try to extend the cycle a bit so her eating matches her sleeping cycle. Then around 7pm we start bedtime routine with a bottle, then a bath, the depending on her mood we may read a little bit, but if she's already too tired we swaddle and rock and put her down drowsy. She's usually asleep by 8-830. She wakes sometime between 2am and 5am for a bottle, and then the cycle starts again at 630am.

This is a very similar routine we have. I don't follow Babywise, but LO (8 weeks) has kind of set this routine up herself and I just went with it. She's been sleeping through the night for the past week and a half. Roughly 10pm to 7am. I have a white noise machine, and I really think it has a lot to do with her sleeping the whole night.
We are trying to follow the book as well. I just posted about this and got a lot of great responses. Try the search function and see if you can read those responses too.

Baby Will born 8/18. He's perfect.
Search baby wise in the search function and you will find a thread that was started a couple weeks ago about this. We follow it very closely and it is wonderful!
