As someone who has lost baby weight 4 times I can say it's the good old fashioned way that will work. Depending on your body and birth I think the best and most effective way is exercise. I do crunches to regain my muscles after each pregnancy, and I am not a workout type person. I usually have to workout for the first month after baby and then my metabolism kicks back in. I don't think wraps and body shaping stuff is going to get your muscles back. Start slow and before you know it you'll be back down to your old size, well if you are like me your hip bones will never go back.
Breast feeding took my baby weight off asap. I didn't gain much (I lost 15 lbs the first 2 trimesters from nausea and eating healthier) and I gained about 17 after that. The first month I was BFing I was starved all the time like I just worked out. I swear by it, if BFing comes easy. Even if you have to go back to work early 3/4 weeks of BFing makes a huge difference.
