Same here! I was 30 weeks on Friday and the last week has been horrible sleep wise. Each night I keep thinking I'll figure out a better way to sleep but have no luck.

No sleep for me either. I'm uncomfortable even with a snoogle and a wedge, I have to pee at least 3 times a night, and then once I'm awake my mind is going. I'm guessing this is nature's way of getting us ready for a newborn?

I'll join the no sleep club. I toss and turn every few minutes and wake up exhausted! Not even my essential oils are doing the trick, boo. :(

On top of it im a stomach sleeper and i cannottt do that! With my son i could. My son is 9 months so he still wakes up threw the night but being 28 weeks this time around is no joke with that and waking up in alot of pain!

I've been finding a warm bath before bed or cool compresses to be helpful. My issue lately is anxiety about how much still needs to be done and time running out. I just lay there in bed and struggle to calm my thoughts.

Yes! I am deffinetly going to try that tonight. Thank you!

I have the snoogle, 2 wedges, 2 memory foam pillows and 6 regular pillows. No matter how I position them I can't be in one position longer than like 30 minutes and then rearranging all those pillows is hell! One day I gave up and slept with only 1 pillow between my knees and it was the best sleep I ever got but then the next day it was so uncomfortable. Go figure.. guess I was just so exhausted from lack of sleep.

I have made my bed into a pillow fort. I lay down at night and have dh tuck pillows in all around me. It seems to work for the most part until i have to get up and pee. The i just rearrange the pillows and burrow back into them. Lol its a struggle

My lower back pain is getting pretty nasty at night. And I have bad SPD so my hips and pelvis are pretty sore.

Sometimes I prefer to sleep on our firmer couch than our nice soft bed. Maybe it offers more support.

But I can almost always guarantee that if I get to sleep, this darling little baby inside of me will kick the crap out of me and have some playtime at about 2am and wake me up.

People at work know not to talk to me till I've had my morning coffee ( which had gone from a double shot to a measly half of one shot).

Sleeping on the couch has been a better option for me some nights as well. I think leaning against something helps.

I can't sleep lately either but it's mostly because I'm so dang congested! I try propping myself up but it hurts my hips too much.

This not being able to sleep and still having to wake up in the morning syndrome is no longer fun! Every morning I wake up and it seems like I haven't slept! Not to mention waking up at 2,4&7am what I would give for a decent nights sleep!

Oh man, I'm 28 weeks and hitting that stage. My hips start hurting, and after awhile, rolling from side to side doesn't help!

Phew, I've not slept well the whole time. I wake up about every hour. Especially since LO started kicking and waking me up even more. And all anyone says is "it's only going to get worse." Yeah, thanks...pretty sure I'll be waking up every hour or so with him when he comes out too.

I'm 30&3 and getting no sleep because of my hips hurting and needing to pop. I toss and turn from side to side all night. It's been worse lately.

I'll be 30 week on Tuesday and Sleeping has been a little hit and miss for me. Some nights I sleep okay but others all I do is toss and turn and get up to pee. My lower back and hips have been really bothering me. So the DH got me a snoogle on Friday... But I toss and turn so much that it's kinda a pain!!! I guess you can say it's our body for preparing for the no sleep to come! My tip is to nap whenever possible.. Kinda hard during the week cuz I work full time.. But weekends are a blessing!

I hit 30w and magically stopped sleeping any decent amount of hours in a row. Also, once I wake up, I absolutely cannot fall back asleep, no matter what time it is. I'm 32w now and I can't imagine doing this for another two months!

Having the same problem :-(.  I can fall asleep just fine, but after my early morning pee I just can't get back to sleep.  Very annoying.  I'm thinking of trying out the snoogle because my back has been bothering me a lot for the past week.  I'm usually fine until about 4 in the afternoon and then the pain sets in.

I wake up to pee mostly and to chang positions.. I am in such pain for my back during the work day and commute that I am out like a light.

I too take a bath every night and Epsom salts, use ice and cold compresses, tea, heat, pillows, and use two box fans to create a wind tunnel.

Jersey has had cooler weather so ita so nice sleeping with the windows open.
