Leg Hair Growth

This is going to sound completely insane, I'm sure. With both of my previous pregnancies (both girls), the growth of the hair on my legs slowed WAY down. As in, I only had to shave my legs every couple weeks. But this time it seems the same, if not faster. Has anyone ever noticed a correlation with hair growth and pregnancy? Any correlation with gender?

    I have 2 boys. During pregnancy with the second, I only had to shave maybe once per month. With the first, I had to shave regularly.

    11.2011 - DS1

    02.2013 - loss at 6 wks

    06.2014 - DS2

    10.2015 - loss at 12 wks

    03.2017 - DD

    Just got out of the shower and said to myself "self, are you crazy or is allllll of your hair growing fast"? Hair, pits, other areas. I need to take out stock in a razor company

    First of all I laugh unnecessarily hard at your cat gif every time. Second, referring to yourself as "self" has me giggling, and third, I'll be very curious to see if we are both incubating males.

    My cat gif shows?? Sometimes I see it and sometimes I don't so never know if it's working! I feel like it's a boy, so they would be an interesting theory!

    With DS, my body hair growth slowed down-- I only had to shave once per week to stay smooth and before that I was a 5 o'clock shadow on the legs kind of gal. I actually switched to waxing in the 2nd trimester because I only had to do it once every couple months to stay smooth. This time there is no change yet.
