Can someone help me understand this? I get the middle three columns, but what does the first and last mean?

Yah, what is this? I guess it seems like maybe it's giving minimum and maximum hcg readings that a woman can have by DPO but I have no idea without context

I found it when looking at hcg levels. It was literally just a table explaining what "common" hcg levels look like.

I just wasn't sure what day after hcg meant or the"#" meant!

I would guess maybe the # is how many women were surveyed at that DPO? I dunno
