Teeth whitening

Anyone know if it's ok to use Crest White Strips when pregnant? I forgot to ask my dentist when I was in and now keep forgetting to call (hah, preg brain?) I normally would just wait to whiten but I have 2 weddings coming up and am self conscious about it. Is it safe? I've read both that it's fine, and also that it's not recommended. What to do...

    Dip your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide and brush your teeth with it after brushing like normal. That should do the trick.

    I don't think you are supposed to use them...I'm pretty sure I asked my doctor while I was pregnant with my first. I wouldn't swear to it though :)
