Groin pain 31 weeks

I am experience bad groin pain. ..hurts to walk around or move. I am 31 weeks anyone else have this problem ? Should I tell my gyno?

    Yes! It feels like I've been riding a bike or motorcycle all day when I've just been sitting at my desk. Yesterday my midwife told me some pain and pressure in the groin area is normal, and that having period like cramps are more so a sign of preterm labor - and if you have more than 6 in one hour to be seen for an evaluation immediately. But call your gyno anyways. That's what they are there for. I have a high risk pregnancy with a preeclampsia diagnosis. I see my midwives twice a week. You can't really bug them too much if you are worried about something.
