WTF to myself for forgetting about a work potluck today. I knew I was going to forget, told myself I should set a reminder for Tuesday night (but didn't), and remembered about a block away from work this morning. So, Costco run at 11am and last-minute chicken salad it is!
WTF coworker? I am not your admin. Do not expect me to pull together a meeting within an hour of when you want it. And don't you dare tell me I have no potential to do my job. I am very hormonal....I might stab you.
WTF DD? Why you no sleep?! She didn't take a nap yesterday at daycare, had a late night since we had Bible study, yet still only took an hour twenty min nap. And DH had a million errands to run until about 10 mins ago so I've been dealing with her temperamental attitude with no backup. Le sigh. At least he's home now reading her a Mickey Mouse book...
WTF Verizon Fios!!! My cable goes out for no reason on one of the best fall TV premiere nights and they can't fix it until tomorrow afternoon!!!! #firstworldproblems.
WTF is the point of having a day off when I have to come for 4 hours. I'm suppose to work 4-10s but usually work 4-11s or 4-12s and then end up coming in on my day off. I just keep reminding myself that every hour I work overtime is one more hour and a half I get with my little bean next spring.
@imrachellea YES!!!!! and the season finale of Big Brother! ... I might be the only one who still watches that show... ha! I never used to watch it but DH got me hooked a couple of years ago.
WTF underwriters?! I have given you my life history, do you need a blood draw too? We are selling our house (FSBO) and buying a new one (next Wednesday is closing for both). Why can't it be all:
Buyer: "I want to buy your house" Me: "Cool, this is how much I want" Buyer: "Done." Me: "Thanks, welcome home." ::Buyer's bank give my bank $:: ::Sign here::
Me: "Seller, now I want to buy your house" Seller: "This is how much I want" Me: "Okay." ::my bank gives seller's bank $:: ::sign here::
Why does it need to be all complicated with so much paperwork? (Also, in my state it gets even more complicated after October 1st with new changes.)
I will say, I don't know how people (this includes me when we first purchased our current house) buy or sell a house without a real estate attorney. I have now worked with 4 agents who have completely misinterpreted wording in contracts and have advised their clients incorrectly as well.

I feel like it is pretty much like your example in my state. No one uses attorneys here, just realtors. Pretty much every contract is standard format and you just fill in the blank.
It's mostly realtors here too, but we are selling ours FSBO so we are working with an attorney and the title company for all of the closing paperwork.
It's the lenders that need everything under the sun from us. Then when we give it to them, they need more. I think it's just annoying because we have perfect payment history, great finances, and excellent credit scores. Like we've done everything right over the years and we have to fight so much to prove that we are worthy.

Lurking from May16... It's not even the lender's fault. If it were up to them, it wouldn't be this difficult. You can thank the federal government for the increased regulations. As you mentioned previously, at least you'll be able to wrap it up before Oct. 3 when the new TRID regulations come into play and make things even more complicated. Good luck! It's super frustrating....
Me: 27 DH: 30 Married in 2011 Baby 1: Stillborn at 27 weeks (April 2014) Baby 2: Due May 2016
WTF Maintenance? How long were we without a maintenance person on site? The toilet in the staff bathroom won't stop running and there's nobody here who can fix it. How can a comprehensive medical facility be without a maintenance person for more than 3 hours in case of an emergency? I will also add that Maintenance usually leaves the building at 2:30 and we're open until 6. I had to call an outside department so they can eventually send someone over.
WTF workstation? Why does my work area have to be next to this bathroom in case it gets flooded over?

@Jesse835235 / @Jules08, what's changing? We bought a home last year but are hoping to refinance it / add DH to the mortgage in the next year (right now it's just under my name bc his credit score was too low).
WTF old lady in a teen store, your menopausal bullshit almost earned you a punch, in the throat. I love retail and ppl, but I'll never forget you. You're blonde hair, blue eyes, and neon pink shirt( it did nothing for your completion), snarky attitude, and the fact that you're "too good for make up". Go crawl back under your rock and stay there
Wtf belly? Why are you having random muscle spasms that made me audibly say "wtf was that?"
I do not remember experiencing this with my last pregnancy, but I am sure it is just from things stretching and moving. Still freaked me out. Thankfully, I was alone when it happened or me rubbing my belly probably would have started rumors at work.

@AEG84 From what I understand it's just more disclosures and they are adding an eight business day (I think) waiting period from when you receive the disclosures. Basically, it pushes your closing date out by two weeks. I'm sure there is a lot more to it, but that's the biggest way that it affects consumers.

In my state, as of Oct 1st, they are also adding something where if there is ANY glitch in your paperwork (something misspelled, street vs drive, $ wired is ever so slightly off from the closing statement) it will automatically push your closing out 3 days - and there is no limit to how many times that can happen. So basically, you can't count on back to back/ same day closings anymore when selling one house and buying another. Which means you may have to store your belongings at the last minute as well as find a place to stay.
Also, yeah I am sure that everyone who is actualyl involved in the paperwork would like to keep the process simplified
Wtf sound maker. I finally got (teething) DD to sleep and you cut out, waking up daycare kiddo who could/should have napped another half hour at least. Always on the day Dad is gone for an overnight business trip.
Wtf to my 5 year old who decided at my company dinner tonite to poke my belly say whys it so big mom and pull up my shirt for all to see lol he still had no idea he has a sibling on the way..... I just said I ate too many nachos

haha my son pulled my shirt up at a friend's house a few weeks ago. She knows I'm pregnant, but that really wasn't the point... not trying to show off my bloat belly to my friend and her husband. Awk.

Also WTF metro drivers. Have you never experienced rain before?!
I know people here know about inclement weather, but every time the season changes people seem to have a brain lapse!

It's a brain lapse for sure! It makes me worry about how the first ice/snowfall will go.
