August 2015 Delivering at Mission Hospital

Hi all!
I'm a first time mama who is half way into my pregnancy. I'm 29 and my DH is 28, we are having a little girl and couldn't be more excited! I just wanted to start a board to network with local mamas. Feel free to use this forum for whatever you need.

    Sorry for the late response! Yes I delivered and loved mission. She was born August 14, 2015 at 3:00am. Weighing in at 8lbs 6.4oz and measuring 19.5 inches long. My water broke with her naturally at home at 7:15am, August 13 and we were told to go to the Drs. After confirming my water had ruptured, I was admitted to Mission Hospital at around 11:00am. Going pretty much all day without consistent contractions was a bit disheartening so at about 9:15am I decided to get pitocin. With contractions starting to flow I went into active labor at about 11:30pm and delivered her "au natural" at 3am on the dot August 14th. My Dr. and nursing staff were amazing. They took such good care of all 3 of us so well.
