Cyst found during IVF supression check

Hi all,
I've been on lupron for over a week now and had my supression check this morning before I start my stims. My RE saw a small cyst on one of my ovaries. She said if my estrogen levels are low, she could drain it and I can continue w this cycle. If not, I'd have to remainon lupron for another 1-3 weeks before I could start stims. Has anyone been through this before? And what was the outcome on your IVF cycle? I'm hoping she can drain the cyst and I can start my stims, although I'm nervous that it might reduce our odds of a successful IVF cycle.
