I have been getting awful nausea around 12:30am and it is keeping me from sleeping. I would love some advice from you mommys who have experienced this.
My advice (and not saying this to be mean): use the search function. There are new threads about morning sickness every day and one of them is bound to have the answers you're looking for.
I've been struggling with morning sickness the whole day. I'm starving but I can't eat too much at once or it makes it worse. Drink as much water as you can make yourself and eat a lot throughout the day. Jolly Ranchers have been my best friend. Just find what you can tolerate. I'm hoping by the second trimester the ms disappears. Good luck!
